Hayley's latest project, Natural Elements, is a collection of lullabies, laments, airs and odes with melodies crafted from moments of deeply personal improvisation.  Performed  with award-winning harpist Ellen Gibling, bass and drums, the tunes reaches into ethereal realms, sophisticated and nuanced while embracing  simplicity. The tunes are set in the natural resonances of a violin's open strings, exploring the theme of what it feels like to be in one's element. Natural Elements marks an aesthetic shift or Ryerson, highlighting her sensibilities as a composer and violinist.
